Dave's Woodbin in Twin Lakes

Dave's Wood Bin has become a popular stop on the campers' way to the State Park.  He stocks the bin with huge bundles of hardwood/softwood mix.  Not the "burn in 5 minutes" slab wood.  Makes great coals for cooking your meal and even toasting those marshmallows afterwards!  The bundles are available 1/2 mile SW of Twin Lakes State Park at the Lodge office.  The bundles are $5.00, or 3 for $12, a great deal when you see what you get.  Be sure to stop on your way camping and get yours.  New in 2009 is our Yooper bundle!   It is huge and sells for $20!  Makes lots of fire!

Don't be like the woman who showed up here and told us she built her fire and went in her camper and made a pot of coffee and grabbed her hotdogs, only to discover the firewood was all burned upon her return!
